Color & Finish Options

Each sign receives a durable, protective powder coating for a beautiful, long-lasting finish suitable for indoor or outdoor display.

Hanging & Installation

Your garden sign includes two pre-cut mounting holes, one at the top and one at the bottom, for convenient hanging.

Mounting hardware is NOT included. Please choose screws or anchors appropriate for your mounting surface and the weight of your sign.

For outdoor display, we recommend securely attaching your sign using hardware suitable for outdoor conditions.

Care Instructions

Gently wipe your sign with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth when needed. Avoid harsh chemicals and abrasive cleaners that could damage the finish.

Every Personalized Family Garden Metal Sign is made to order in our Mississippi workshop.

Our current production time is approximately 1 week before shipping. Shipping transit time is additional.

From preparing your personalized design to cutting the steel and applying the powder-coated finish, we take pride in creating quality metal decor designed to last.

Shipping Information

We offer two shipping options:

• FREE Standard Shipping: USPS
• Shipping Upgrade: UPS for an additional $12

Please note that upgrading shipping does not shorten our production time.

Once your package leaves our shop and is in the hands of USPS or UPS, carrier delays are outside our control.

If your tracking stops updating or your package appears delayed, please contact us. We can help investigate and submit a missing package inquiry when appropriate.

If Your Order Arrives Damaged

We carefully package each sign to help protect it during shipping. Unfortunately, damage can occasionally happen during transit.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us with:

• A photo showing the entire damaged sign
• Close-up photos of the damage
• Photos of the shipping box and packaging

Please keep the original packaging while we help resolve the issue.

For shipping damage, we offer a replacement or a 50% refund if you prefer to keep the damaged piece.

Returns & Cancellations

Because each personalized sign is custom-made specifically for you, we do not accept returns on personalized items.

We also do not accept cancellations because we begin preparing and designing orders shortly after they are placed.
