Every sign is handcrafted by our husband-and-wife team at Slinging Sparks Metal Work in Coldwater, Mississippi.

• Select your preferred size.

Important Personalization Details:

• All four personalization details are REQUIRED.
• Your monogram initial must be ONE letter.
• All lettering will be made in CAPITAL LETTERS.
• Longer names may require smaller lettering to fit the design.
• Please double-check spelling and the established year before checkout.

Color & Finish Options

Powder-Coated Finish: Each sign receives a durable, protective powder coating for a beautiful, long-lasting finish suitable for indoor or outdoor display.

Rust Treatment: Prefer a naturally weathered appearance? Our hand-rusted treatment creates unique variations in color, texture, and pattern, making every piece one of a kind.

No two rusted signs will look exactly alike. After the rust treatment, we seal each piece with a clear protective powder coat for added durability.

Hanging & Installation

Your sign includes two pre-cut mounting holes, one on each side, for easy hanging.

Mounting hardware is NOT included, allowing you to choose the appropriate screws or anchors for your wall surface.

For the most secure installation, we recommend selecting hardware suitable for your wall type and the weight of your sign.

Care Instructions

Gently wipe your sign with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth when needed. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners that could damage the finish.

Handmade Just for You

Every Personalized Family Name Metal Sign is made to order in our Mississippi workshop.

Our current production time is approximately 1 week before shipping. Shipping transit time is additional.

From creating your personalized design to cutting the steel and applying the final finish, we take pride in making quality metal decor designed to last.

Shipping Information

We offer two shipping options:

• FREE Standard Shipping: USPS
• Shipping Upgrade: UPS for an additional $12

Please note that upgrading shipping does not shorten our production time.

Once your package leaves our shop and is in the hands of USPS or UPS, carrier delays are outside our control.

If your tracking stops updating or your package appears delayed, please contact us. We can help investigate and submit a missing package inquiry when appropriate.

If Your Order Arrives Damaged

We carefully package each sign to help protect it during shipping. Unfortunately, damage can occasionally happen during transit.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us with:

• A photo showing the entire damaged sign
• Close-up photos of the damage
• Photos of the shipping box and packaging

Please keep the original packaging while we help resolve the issue.

For shipping damage, we offer a replacement or a 50% refund if you prefer to keep the damaged piece.

Returns & Cancellations

Because each personalized sign is custom-made specifically for you, we do not accept returns on personalized items.

We also do not accept cancellations because we begin preparing and designing orders shortly after they are placed.
