This sign does not include additional mounting holes.

Hanging hardware is NOT included. Please choose an appropriate mounting method and fasteners suited to your wall surface and the weight of your sign.

Your purchase includes one personalized metal sign. Other decorations and accessories shown in product photos are not included.

Care Instructions

Our current production time is approximately 1 week before shipping. Shipping transit time is additional.

From preparing your personalized design to cutting the steel and applying the final finish, we take pride in creating quality metal decor designed to last.

Shipping Information

We offer two shipping options:

• FREE Standard Shipping: USPS Ground Advantage
• Shipping Upgrade: UPS for an additional $12

Please note that upgrading shipping does not shorten our production time.

Once your package leaves our shop and is in the hands of USPS or UPS, carrier delays are outside our control.

If your tracking stops updating or your package appears delayed, please contact us. We can help investigate and submit a missing package inquiry when appropriate.

If Your Order Arrives Damaged

We carefully package each sign to help protect it during shipping. Unfortunately, damage can occasionally happen during transit.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us with:

• A photo showing the entire damaged sign
• Close-up photos of the damage
• Photos of the shipping box and packaging

Please keep the original packaging while we help resolve the issue.

For shipping damage, we offer a replacement or a 50% refund if you prefer to keep the damaged piece.

Returns & Cancellations

Because each personalized sign is custom-made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized items.

We also do not accept cancellations because we begin preparing and designing orders shortly after they are placed.
