Current production time: Approximately 1 week before shipping.

Shipping transit time is additional.

Shipping Information

We offer the following shipping options:

• FREE Standard Shipping: USPS Ground Advantage
• UPS Shipping Upgrade: Available for an additional $12 at checkout

Please note that choosing UPS does not shorten our production time or guarantee a specific delivery date.

Once your order leaves our shop, shipping delays caused by USPS or UPS are outside our control.

If your tracking stops updating or your package appears delayed, please contact us. We can help investigate the issue and submit a missing package inquiry when appropriate.

Damaged During Shipping?

We carefully package every sign to help protect it during shipping. Unfortunately, damage can occasionally happen during transit.

If your sign arrives damaged, please contact us and provide:

• A clear photo showing the entire sign
• Close-up photos showing the damage
• Photos of the shipping box and packaging

Please keep all original packaging while we help resolve the issue.

For items damaged during shipping, we offer two options:

• Replacement: We will remake your damaged sign.
• 50% Refund: If you prefer to keep the damaged sign, we can issue a 50% refund.

Returns & Cancellations

Because each personalized sign is custom-made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized items.

We also do not accept cancellations because we begin preparing and designing orders shortly after they are placed.
